基于非线性科学中的一些理论并结合有限元方法等,对系统的一些常见的复杂非线性现象进行分析,如油膜涡动、油膜振荡、半频涡动、倍周期运动、准周期运动、突跳和混沌运动等。本程序的开发能够分析圆瓦轴承、椭圆瓦、可倾瓦(考虑预载荷)、三油叶、四油叶(载荷分别在瓦上及瓦间)等,以及计算多轴弯-扭耦合情况下系统的各种复杂动力特性。通过实际运用,验证了所使用理论及程序的有效性,通过分析这种常见的失稳现象,可以避免一些事故的发生,保证机组的安全、平稳运行。部分成果已投入使用。
